2)Warranty:

1. All the goods are inspected before shipment. So if you are not satisfied with the purchasing, you can change the items in one week and you must contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of your purchasing.

2. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charge of returning and reshipping.

3. All our products have one year warranty, we will replace for you freely if there is no man-made problem with the product.

4. All returning items must be in its original conditions, including product and accessories. Men-made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.

 Q: How can I get your latest products or price list?

Q: May I get a sample?

A: Sample order accepted.

Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
A: No quantity limited, sample order is acceptable.  
Q: Could you offer the OEM and ODM service? if so, Can you put my brand name(logo) on these products and gift boxes?
A: Yes, we can. we have a huge Tech team specially for OEM and ODM. OEM/ODM orders are warmly welcome!
And put the clients brand name on our product and gift box is the most important part of OEM service for our trade purpose. 
Q: How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?
A: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order quantity over 500pcs. The OEM cost will be including in the unit price.
Q: What is the leda time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
A: 1-2 days for sample orders, 5-10 days for mass production orders(based on different quantities, OEM, etc.)
